We have been using a stamp like this for years, but we recently added another line. RUN SPELL CHECK with a line for the AD to sign off. It has long been our policy to run spell check, but it was missed a few times recently and this serves as a reminder. Even our proofreader (they are human) didn't catch misspelled words that spell check would have caught. Fortunately, it didn't cost us more than a little embarrassment!
