At Second Wind, we&#039;ve been promoting &quot;restarting&quot; agencies&#039; efforts to grow their businesses as the economy (finally) moves into recovery.  A well-defined, consistently used workflow system is essential, not just to bring order to an otherwise chaotic workplace, but also to more efficiently capture billings, manage schedules, select vendors, freelancers and all the rest.  Many smaller ad agencies and design firms don&#039;t recognize what investing in a sound workflow system can contribute to their success and growth, and either fail to properly train staff, or fail as principals to lead staff in adopting and using software and processes.  It&#039;s a crazy business, made more so by the speed of the Internet, and a good workflow system can greatly assist agencies to put a cork in &quot;crazy&quot; and regain control of their daily schedules.</description>
